You should read the file into an array using readalllines method. Note this should be done in a different routine and only needs to be done once
You need to make a call to create a new instance of...

Glad you got it working but honestly I have no idea what you were trying to ask
When I showed you code to load one at a time you said that was not what you wanted
When I showed you how to load them...

can't tell, could be many different things
November 27th, 2013, 02:07 PM
No I will not write the code for you again.
If you want them to load with a delay between like a slide show then you need to use a timer, It is very simple
1: Add a timer control to your form....

Of course not, you have 2 issues there
1 you are using a loop so you would be setting the image several times but only the last one will appear
2 you are incrementing the counter var inside the for...

Hard to say depends on how you made this
If you only want them to be able to view one drive then you could just not give an option to switch drives and set that one initially
November 26th, 2013, 03:03 PM
Well you need to make references to these entries in your code in order to work with the values
I have never created a form in Excel so I am not sure what the syntax is for text boxes there in Vb...

I still don't see a question there
No idea what your variables are but I can tell you that in the Sub codeAdd your total will be 0 but it is also not dimmed so would result in an error first
November 25th, 2013, 10:57 PM
Well you will need to ask a more direct question before anyone will be able to give you an answer.
November 25th, 2013, 10:52 PM
Is there a question in there somewhere?

You're not using random correctly
At the top of the code just under the class header but before any routines add
Private Rnd1 as New Random
In your code use Rnd1.Next(MaxNumber)

You can use File.ReadAllLines() to easily get the data into an array then as mentioned above use a random call to pull out one of those from the resulting array as needed
November 21st, 2013, 08:04 AM
If you only want each question to be asked once then one option would be to load the entire file into a listbox at the beginning (form_load)
Also put the call to Randomize in Form_Load
November 18th, 2013, 10:38 PM
Well I see 2 things right off
1: You are not getting the value you might think here
decTotalPrice = FormatCurrency(lblTotalPrice, 2)

Well I showed you how a select query should look and you said that confused you so I then suggested that you search on the web for some examples/info. From the looks of it you have never did anything...

Perhaps you should do a search for working with data in VB.Net and/or sql queries
November 12th, 2013, 08:50 AM
Which line is throwing the error?
Error 13 "Type Mismatch" means that you are mixing two types of variables/data that do not mix
Like for example if you try to put an alpha value into a numeric...

Which software should you use for what? Writing a program, Designing an image? A diagram?
Not enough info
November 10th, 2013, 09:33 PM
I'm not quite sure what you are trying to do but the code in all of those buttons looks like it would just be triggering compile errors
To select records from a db you would use a query which...

Yes it should be possible by using API calls such as findwindow and sendmessage
Some software also includes its own API that allows you to call certain functions.
I don't use Photo Shop so am...

I see that you dimmed a Var named ThisWorkbook but you did not set it to anything
I do not do coding with Excel so can't be of much help
November 7th, 2013, 12:56 PM
Since we have no idea how you have this coded it is hard to say much
Looks like you could track the page number in a variable
Then as you go across/down the page start with the page number for...

It would help if you told us what the error message is that you are getting. Some activeX error could mean almost anything.
It would also help if you clarify what you are coding in is it VBA [Excel]...

Agreed those names would get out of hand quick, I can't even imagine 172 text boxes on a form.
Of course I am guilty of not using descriptive names in many of my projects just for ease of coding...
