There are some free/Open Source MFC GUI extensions, such as Prof-UI, especially GuiToolkit, but all of them seem inadequate for professional development.

There are so many artiles on CodeGuru and CodeProject on how to export a MFC dialog even Doc/View from DLL. You must write a MFC Extension DLL. Change your project and some code.
