when i click the sdk manager a box appears that says Failed to execute.bat: error 2 the system cannot find the file specified.What can i do to fix this error. Thank You

Im in eclipse and im trying to open a new Android Project, but i don't see the expand Android name. I downloaded the sdk as third party but i don't think that has anything todo with the android sdk....
