this is only due to version mismatch of ur dll
so to avoid this problem .. plz do setup on win98 machine it will work everywhere.
this is beacause dll u r using are newer than those...

this is may be due to windows file protection .
and make u r dll and .ocx files of correct version
this is due to you have older files of these that of file from loading computer...

it works very accrately..

only way to disable context menu
is use Rich textbox instead textbox
and set property autoverbmenu to false
then no context menu will be displayed
and for simple textbox
