At the command prompt, type cd .. (to back up 1 level), then type dir - Like this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Xeon >cd ..
C:\Documents and Settings\ >dir

I have mislead you a bit, sorry... The command line does not know how to deal with the spaces (Just like MS to go half-way by letting you use spaces and then have grief over trying to get there....)...
