    i'm doing it:

    nid.szTip=(LPSTR)"hello word";
    nid.hIcon = LoadIcon(GetModuleHandle(NULL), MAKEINTRESOURCE(IDI_APPLICATION));
    but i have 2 errors:
    1 -error: incompatible types in assignment...

    2 - call the lambda function;
    3 - the lambda is what do the work. then i can change some windows properties and work with notify...
