    now i have the problem resolved using the RedrawWindow() function:

    i'm sorry. using that functions i continue with same problem. the memory continues increasing :(
    but i have another solution Raw Input API is the best for test if the joystick is connected or not to...

    please correct me these english: "The joyGetNumDevs function queries the joystick driver for the number of joysticks it supports"
    it's how many joystick's connected to PC or how many is supported?

    how can i detect memory leaks?

    i build an application, that makes the used mesmory growing. i don't get any error(unless, i belive, that i use some memory value(i don't know the value), but i see the memory growing very slowly....

    the timer isn't executed with that code. i was changing from WM_PAINT to WM_DRAWITEM messages, that's why.
    but i agree with Igor, like allways, he have right ;)
    but sometimes i don't understand...

    everytime a button is created is use RegisterHotKey(). but use a diferent HWND and ID. but only works with 1st button. so why these happens?
