    Re: Stop a thread

Well, then don't allow the main thread to exit until all your working threads will exit.
It is not so hard to implement:

every worker thread by its start posts the user defined message to the...

    Re: Stop a thread

So it is a user defined function, isn't if?
Why does it require long time to run? How does it get/check the "FileAvailability"?
Could you use some asynchronous function instead?

    Re: Stop a thread

Before exiting the main App you have to let your worker threads exit.

  10. Re: Why would modifying a vector member of self-type cause this program to run infini

I am sorry for not helping you with your man problem, but I'd like to express some opinions about your coding manner.
    1. It is very hard to read/understand so long identifiers:

    unordered_map<int,...
  11. Re: ComboBox - increase the width of the right most drop down button

Looks like you need to implement a custom draw or maybe even a custom control.
  12. Re: Mouse Hovering changes the state of size of CMFC button

    OK!
But how is the size of your CMFC button changed on mouse hovering? In my test dialog application the size is not changed only the button look changes.
  13. Re: Mouse Hovering changes the state of size of CMFC button

    1. What is CMFC class?
    2. The button looks very small.
  14. Re: C++ what means assignment an array with just 1 value?

Re: Please help me with the error.

    1. Next time, please use CODE tags while posting code snippets.
    2. Are you using plain C? Or C++? If the latter then you should use std classes as wolle already mentioned.
