    default entry in a combo box.

    hey,

    got many combo boxes on a form ... populated using the form load() sub.

    when you run the program the combo boxes appear blank so that you 'have' to select something...

    is there a way to...

    malleyo - ive just tried your suggestion of running it via the form load and thats works perfectly - hmmm, how come it didnt work when using it on the cbo click?

    ummm thats not working...

    just double clicked on the cbo, changed the event to click, typed in the following:



    Private Sub cboDestination_Click()

    cboDestination.AddItem "Austria"
