It's an autorun.inf you want, not an autorun.ini

copy this into notepad and name it Autorun.inf

    start setup.exe

the setup.exe can be replaced by any .exe file and the divX.ico can be replaced with your Icon of choice.
There are other ways to do this to include replacing "start" with "open" to run a .html file or other. the file associated with the extension should take care of it.

As far as your second question goes I would write a simple VBScript that launches instead of an .exe. Have a simple If statement built in to a msgbox that will launch your .exe from your vbScript. If you REALLY want, I can write it for you all you would have to do is open the .vbs file and edit it to your executables. All I need is a little motivation.

    good luck
