Go to this link : http://www.codeguru.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=9 (the first page of this forum)
and you will find the names of all moderators (all 4 of them) at the bottom right corner.

Seriously don't up very old threads like this.
Get this small utility to do basic syntax highlighting in vBulletin forums (like Codeguru) easily.
Supports C++ and VB out of the box, but can be configured for other languages.
