text-to-speech engine, anyone?
I need FILIPINO or TAGALOG TEXT-TO-SPEECH ENGINE, anyone who knew of a possible source?
If this engine is not yet created, I would like to know how to develop a TTS engine, I will make the TAGALOG TTS if it is not yet
available.
anyone?
