    I would like to vote for both choices, but it will not let me vote twice.
    Wakeup in the morning and kick the day in the teeth!! Or something like that.

    Bing! Yep, he was the one who invented an electrode device for testing regions of brains on monkeys to find out their function and then invented the sensory deprivation tank. He was also one of the first researchers on dolphin communication and language. The films Altered States and The Day of the Dolphins are (very loosely) based upon him. He did a lot of ketamine in his days with the tank and had some very weird trips, too... He's got some quite interesting books on metaprogramming oneself as well.
