That should be done from the start, something normal is too much enough for him, the rest is self managed, hopefully he will survive.

This morning, (I don't know if you care or not) I meet a city man, he is from a place that is very very far from me, while I do the farming (farmer I am) in the local region. He is good looking, knowledgeable and more. I admire his know-alls
