    writing device drivers

    Hello,

    i have learned the basic syntax of c++ very well.
    i would love to embark on a personal project of writing a device driver just to test my skills. i'm longing to see the real applications of my knowledge of c++ by trying to write something challenging like a device driver. what online resource can get me quickly started. please supply as many urls as possible if u know any.
