NETBEANS: change jframe background color
I'm using NetBeans to create a gui for this project of mine.
I'm trying to change my jframe background color to "white" Under the properties, it says "white" but apparently the window is still gray, even when I preview it (run the form) it's still gray. I'm not sure what's going on. Usually I would have to change the opaque settings to "true" for example to change the background color for radio buttons or labels, but this jframe properties doesn't have that option. Also how do I define the window size so when the form runs it has a default size that's not resizeable. Please help, thanks.
