This is a number passed by thread on exit. Usually, value different than 0, indicates an error condition.
If this is your thread, check returns value. If not, try finding out (if possible) what error codes this thread passing. You may want to consult some documentation if any.

If your program runs I would not worry about that.

I don't create any extra threat. I supposed my application has only one threat. I think this is related to ado objects that created in my program. may They creat extra threat?

"illegal operation" is occured after closed my program in some computer, not my computer. may this be a memory leakage? how can i understand?

and in my winXP operating system, debug is:
    (as if everything normal)

The thread 0x664 has exited with code 0 (0x0).
The thread 0x114 has exited with code 0 (0x0).
The thread 0x720 has exited with code 0 (0x0).
The thread 0x480 has exited with code 0 (0x0).
The thread 0x67C has exited with code 0 (0x0).
The thread 0x2BC has exited with code 0 (0x0).
The program 'C:\Belgelerim\vc++\KrediTaksit\Debug\KrediTaksit.exe' has exited with code 0 (0x0).

and in my winME operating system, debug is:
(as if there is a problem)

The thread 0xFFF48C7B has exited with code 0 (0x0).
The thread 0xFFF48ACF has exited with code 0 (0x0).
The thread 0xFFF4B753 has exited with code 0 (0x0).
The thread 0xFFF481AF has exited with code 1 (0x1).
The thread 0xFFF50BA7 has exited with code -1 (0xFFFFFFFF).
The thread 0xFFF4A1BF has exited with code 0 (0x0).
The program 'C:\Belgelerim\vc++\KrediTaksit\Debug\KrediTaksit.exe' has exited with code 0 (0x0).

Your program is using many DLLs that may create many threads that may act differently in different OS.

While in a debug mode, you can break in your application and choose Debug from menu, than choose Threads…

You will be able to see thread list, possibly by name.
