    Class for WAVE files

    Hello,

    is there a class for WAVE_FORMAT_PCM files. I need to convert a 22kzh sound file into a 22khz sound file does someone knows how i can do this or which class or win32 api functions i can use ?

    i want to only to convert a 22KHz Wave-File of WAVE_FORMAT_PCM in a 8KHz Wave-File ?

    i am searching after a class for wavefiles in generic
