to sync video and audio files

hi,
i'm in the process of developing a video editing module

in Visual Basic 6.0. now i need to synchronize a video

file(avi) with an audio file(wav).both are in the form of files in the harddisc. can any one help me

out for this with a solution.thanks in advance.
