    URL encoding of TM

    Using VB script I am having a problem pasing up to a web server the super script TM symbol as shown in the example below( the TM follows the word "e-Tools") Does anyone know what the proper URL encoding required for "TM"?

    lReturnCode = MsiInstallProduct("http://216.138.96.210/SWDepartment/OBET/LatestReleases/PRBE/PPC's e-Tools™ Risk-Based Audits (RBA) 2004.msi", arg)

    Re: URL encoding of TM

    Well I am not sure.

    So instead of
    "http://216.138.96.210/SWDepartment/OBET/LatestReleases/PRBE/PPC's e-Tools™ Risk-Based Audits (RBA) 2004.msi" I would use

    "http://216.138.96.210/SWDepartment/OBET/LatestReleases/PRBE/PPC's e-Tools%e2%84%a2 Risk-Based Audits (RBA) 2004.msi" ?
