I don't know... so I cheated... and google tells me that this is a trick question. German words can be made as long as you want them to be because they allow for the addition of new elements. Or something...

A bit late, but if we are allowed to use math symbols, an infinately large number can be generated with two or more ones via:
((11!)!)!... etc.
To attone for my smart a$$ answer, I offer this quiz:
Name the former Billboard top-40 hit with the largest prime number in the title.
