    Do you know why some japanese IP addresses can't be used set up any accounts in google ? they are all home Ip addresses, not any organizations'.
    I tried to turn on all of the browsers options accepting cookies, plug-ins, all of the scripts and tested again and again with many google accounts but none worked out for me at all. I could set up accounts but not allowed to log in, that seems to be so.

    because of the spammers...
    if you are using an ISP, they might have same addresses for all the users. so you got those which are already banned...

    moved to general discussion...
