You will probably notice it only when you click 'post reply' button.
The user does not have the previlage to do the current operation.
Possible reasons:
To overcome the problem try the following
- Plead with The Chief
- Befriend some mods and lead a campain
- Create a new account and keep the user a secret

Well, to be honest (and just a little bit more serious ).
I try to not hurry moving a thread and doing that not because "it bothers me" but "it can find more better answers in other place". And anyhow, usually I let a link in the original forum (that means [ Redirected thread ], unlike [ Moved thread ]).
