How can i disable the hourglass cursor?

I have an app written in vc++/mfc. I have an embedded browser that continuously displays changing images(so that it appears like video)..my problem is that while the "video" is playing, the wait cursor or hourglass is consntantly visible, and i want to get rid of it?..how can i do this?

Thank you in advance for your help
