Impressions from the MVP Romanian Summit

Between 14 and 17 of September, the first MVP Romanian Open Days took place at a nice location in the montains where I had the chance to meet for the first time 6 of the 11 romanian MVPs, among them, Ovidiu Cucu. Unfortunatelly the other Romanian MVP from CodeGuru, PadexArt, could not be present.

I had a great time there. The summit overlapped with my last vacation days, and despite waking up at 7 AM I enjoyed every moment (except for some delays during the fun time). We had some interesting "private" discussions between MVPs, as well as common time with students from the Microsoft Academic programs in Romania. We also had a day of fun in the montains, everything culminating with a moderated debate on various topics between MVPs in front of the students.

Me and my girlfriend took over 200 pictures during these days, but they are not yet downloaded on my PC, so I though I should post a picture taken with the camera of a fellow romanian MVP (copyrighted by Aurelian Popa). This is a group picture around a camp fire (can't be seen in the picture). You can see me on the left (proudly wearing my CodeGuru shirt) and Ovidiu in the middle (blue MVP t-shirt). Seven of us, from the left, are MVPs, the other three on the right are Microsoft employes. I will post more pictures as soon as I download them.
