    ok i tell u why i have here program works easycafe this program for cyber cafe account the time any one of the client can disable my program by msnconfig so i can't know the time

    Though i never have tried but why dont you try renaming the msconfig.exe and see what happens.

    First off, you can restrict it by editing user policies. Simply disable control panel access.

    Second, you can run your program as a service. That would take an administrator to disable it.

    EDIT: You see, even if you disable msconfig, the user can still stop the program by editing the registry or using some 3rd party software like CodeStuff Starter.
