runtime files help

i was about to install vbruntime files so that i can run some programs made up of visualbasic so i downloaded versions of self extracting runtime files from diferent websites and from microsoft..but as i clicked the file a message prompt poped up, here's the screenshot.. i need your help guyz

VB6 run-time should be present on your system.

Anyhow, there's a self-extracting kit on the Microsoft web site.
