    Arrow how popular is ajax?

    i see hotmail uses ajax now. which other major companies use ajax???

    Although non-disclosure agreements prevent me from naming companies. My firm has helped about 9 different companies upgrade their Web presence to make use of Ajax. 3 of these were Fortune 500 companies.

    Almost everybody is turning to Ajax. That should summarize it all.

    Strange question There is no replacement for AJAX right now. May be after some period something will appear. But now there is no choice.

    Well, you can use a hidden <iframe> which in some cases is much easier. But I do prefer AJAX.

    In Hong Kong,

    HSBC and HangSeng online bank webpages

    have switched to ajax.
