What's wrong with Win98?

Hi, All,


I was supprised by some APIs in Windows 98. SetForeground and BringWindowToTop do not work in some times. When I invokes them to bring a window to top, the window gets focus but not appeared in foreground. Why and how should I do?


All suggestions are welcomed.

Microsoft has changed the behaviour of these function in Win 98 and Win NT 5.0. onwards... NOT AGAIN !!!. Now it flashes the windows instead of bringing it to top.
