Im looking for js/dhtml toolkit library that has the look and feel of GUI elements as windows
Desktop application, is there some kind of free cross browser toolkit?

docs.google.com offer an online document creation service in AJAX as you may already know, they can provide an online collaboration service for businesses and things, you might want to have a look:

If you want to do some bespoke stuff though then your only choice may be to design your own AJAX App.

Thinking about it though, TinyMCE might be what your looking for, it uses Javascript and looks just like MS Word only for the browser.
