    how to display bitmap in Win32?

    how to display bitmap in Win32 window?

    bitmap2.zip display a bitmap correctly. it is in the window of opengl.
    but opengl_win32.zip cannot display the same bitmap.

    why? how to correct it in opengl_win32.zip
