i need a collection of cartoon-style images with a good category choice and big dimensions (at least 300x300).

It can be free or not, it's not relevant.

For instance, the Animation Factory GIF Collection has the right style and variety , but it lacks in definition (all images are in 120x120 or smaller).

Is there a similar image pack, but with bigger images?
