Lets hear some suggestions.

... a car that folds such as you can put it in the elevator and bring it inside your flat (no matter how small your flat is)... most places in the world don't offer enough parking places, and most light accidents happen in the parking, while most *neighbours* don't leave a note after they hit your car!

From the parking accessories: remote locking system with automatic pull-out of twisted wiring surrounding your car, such as... when the *careless* driver who parked next is about to hit your car, for the first 5 sec before the impact, a horrifying sound of his car being scratched will be heard, hoping that he / she will wake up before a dent is made to yours!!!
