Charset and unicode codes

hi,

i am using a textbox to receive input from user

i gotta inspect every char and decide which charset it belongs

m - english
ة - arabic (m key in english keyboard)
μ - greek (m key again) (windows - 1254 = EC) (Unicode = 3BC)
i gotta understand charset from their unicode values
and convert them to their own charset hex values
like example below
i ll receive 3bc as unicode and i ll decide this is greek input
and convert it to EC
i will really appreciate helps
