    Question vb.net convert...

    Hello,

Hope someone can help me out..

I have wrote a application in vb.net and I want to run it on WinCE or pocket PC.

Is there a way of converting my vb.net app to a smart device application?

If so, how do I do it.

Hope someone can help me out.

    Thanks

Honestly, I doubt, as it is different platforms etc.

You'd have saved yourself a lot of work, by starting with a Mobile App first, instead of a Windows App, then converting it...

You would need to create a new project for the smart device type you are targeting. Depending on your project you may be able to add one or more files from your windows project and get it to work correctly.

It is very likely that you will have to recreate your forms and modify your code but again it depends on your project. There is much that is supported under windows that is not supported under the compact framework.
