resize a window , that uses UpdateLayeredWindow with png

hi
i am using the UpdateLayeredWindow way to put a PNG image on the window
but i can't resize it , i mean when trying to change the width & height the window
it don't change .
i am currently don't have a code but i just want a way to do it like
without needing to call UpdateLayeredWindow again with a stretched image.
