Description
Our client has an immediate opening for a Programmer Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting IT solutions for multiple call centers within the company; designs, codes, tests, documents programs and sub-systems; works with business partners to define needs/requirements.
Requirements
§ Requires a two-year degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
§ Experience with Java and web application development, Struts, Hibernate and Oracle/SQL. Working knowledge of IVR/CTI technology, Avaya Dialog Designer and/or VXML, as well as Java/Spring and related frameworks is a plus.
