What’s new in Aspose.Total for Java Q4 2008?

This Q4 2008 release of Aspose.Total for Java mainly improves performance optimization of its suite products. Lots of new and advanced features have also been supported in this quarter. Let me highlight some of these features below.

- Aspose.Words now supports loading and saving DOCX, DOCM, DOTX and DOTM formats.
- Aspose.Cells allows opening and saving Excel 2007 XLSM, XLTX and XLTM formats. It also supports manipulating charts in Excel 97-2003 template files.
- Aspose.Pdf has rewritten HeaderFooter class for more flexibility and performance optimization. It also enables you to add various types of borders like: page border, table border, header border and footer border.
- Aspose.Pdf.Kit allows you to manipulate PDF bookmarks. It also supports deleting or replacing images from PDF documents.
- Aspose.Slides has fixed many bugs and also improved cleaning PPT files (removing XML tags) created in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007.
- Aspose.BarCode supports J2ME (Java 2 Micro Edition) with many new barcode symbologies like: UPCE, UPCA, Planet, PostNet, OneCode and Australia Post 4-State.
- Aspose.Metafiles supports rendering EMF with MapMode and transform matrices.
