Displaying text on video

Hi friends
I want to display text on running video problem here is when ever I maximize or minimize the video window text siaze also gets ultered

i.e it increases when video window is maximized and text size is decreased when window size is minimized, so how to solve this problem.

I dont see the problem... shouldn't the text decrease in size when the window is sized down or increase when the window is maximized?
