    About process and thread

    can any body tell the difference between what is the process and what is a thread cleary lot of illusions going in mind please clarify me out

    A process is a cover, inside which thread(s) run... The code which runs, always run as a thread (under some thread context).
    A process is a low lever data structure which sort of housekeeps all the resources consumed in this process together and gives it an identification..
