Onefeed have been developing their bespoke application for the last 18 months and are looking for a passionate and experienced senior developer to build on their existing software platform and lead its development into the future.

It’s likely that you will have had experience delivering high-performance, large-scale data warehouse applications in a technical lead role. While remaining hands-on, you will also have worked with business customers to establish requirements, and been involved in the full lifecycle of a project. You will be able to give examples of where you have managed and prioritised incoming work streams from multiple stakeholders.

Technically, you will have delivered at least one significant project using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET 2.0-3.5 and SQL Server 2005/2008); you are also likely to have done integration work with third-party systems and their technical teams, creating software to clean and process data feeds in a variety of formats. You will feel comfortable developing at all layers in an application, from designing database schemas through to the web-based user interface exposed to end users.

Ideally you will have experience of a range of e-commerce software (i.e. OS Commerce, Actinic, bespoke etc), potentially having worked within the retail or comparison shopping sector, using tracking and analytics systems.

It would also be beneficial to have experience of API data retrieval especially Google’s API. Potentially you have worked on data tracking systems and API integration tools within a previous project. Experience of XML manipulation and integration would be a benefit.
You will have the opportunity to lead your own technical team as the business grows.

In exchange for your commitment and energy, we can offer you:
• A competitive salary of around £30-35k p/a, depending on the individual;
• 22 days holiday;
• A central location based in London, but with the flexibility to work remotely;
• A vibrant environment where you have the freedom to make your own technology and development decisions for the benefit of the business.

The role would ideally be suited to a native English speaker as communication is vital within this role. Applicants currently not residing within the UK will not be considered. A valid UK work permit is required.
