    Lightbulb Cell phone files

    Ok, I don't really know where this should b posted...But I need and I wan't to know what kind of files do cell phones run on? And is it possible to send programs to cell phones thru email? or even batch files? I just wondered what kind of extensions cell phones run on....and how they work.

    Take a look at Java ME, many cell phone applications are written for that. Also, I'm pretty sure this is the wrong forum for your question.
