dll problem?

I'm getting this error when trying to build a project and don't know what it means:

The program '[5168] regsvr32.exe: Native' has exited with code 1 (0x1).

*edit* I guess I'm getting an error before that saying:
"Debugging information for 'regsvr32.exe' cannot be found or does not match. Symbols not loaded"

None of them looks like an error but just like informational message.
