Simple VB form-database connection help

I am a newbie and have no knowledge of VB. I am creating a email client simulation.

Need to create a form and connect the form the database on the click of a button. I have created the forms and data tables (Attached).

Also want to know how can i open a form on double clicking an entry in the list box.

Any simple code hint will be a great help. Will then code for the rest of the forms myself.
