Doesn't matter. You're still a USER in Windows 7. Right-click and select RunAs Administrator FOR THE COMMAND PROMPT, and make sure that UAC prompts you.
You didn't mention what OS it did work in, nor what version x64, x86? Also, Window 7 RC?
