got a blue screen and could not go back to normal log in. i know the driver installed has problem. how to roll back the previous driver? if it's caused by new app installation, or caused by virus, how to fix the problem. please give me some more detailed instructions. thanks
my client didn't tell me. he only told me that he did a driver update and install an app. i need to tell him how to roll back the driver and uninstall the app (if he can boot to Safe Mode, he may uninstall the program, but he could not). now the problem is that he could not log in to do something based on the error msg.
