Netstream - prioblem

I have a problem with my code in streaming, I remember my network thing eaten at least 3 streams files, but now the it almost unstreamable ?
I definitely can produce more files if needed, someone can help tell me what my netstream is doing ?

Thank you, I should have been let known about this earlier earlier before during the the last couple of months I concentrated deeply on networking class,
Ok, I have nothing to worry now, I also contact my ISP and now the videostreaming is over, i used to be unable to get a file as small as 5 KBs from a servers, so bad.
