Simple String function
Hi,
I am looking for a way of finding a String within a String, for example
String first = "THISISTHETEXTIWANTTOFIND";
String second = "sdfdsfTHISISTHETEXTIWANTTOFINDsdfdsfsdf";
Is there a String function that will allow me to do this, I tried using the pos function but it didnt seem to work unless the text that I wanted it to find within another String was at the beginning.
Does anybody know the best way to do this.
I am using Builder 2007 ide if this helps. Im not sure if the String is a builder specific String rather than the standered string..
Thanks in advance
