This is serious business. You need both J2ee and J2EE! *gasp*
Also, it looks horrible when your home page is 'under construction', and the rest of the site is up ... and there are some nice queries coming up on your site when you click on the 'job openings'
Code:
<% sqs.decode( Request.ServerVariables("QUERY_STRING")) empid = sqs.getparam("empid") role = sqs.getparam("role") pass_empid = session.contents("emp") ' if pass_empid <> empid then ' call session_out() ' response.end ' end if ' ' sqs.setparam "empid", empid ' sqs.setparam "role", role %>
Why would you post on a forum for a job which would require 100K+ salary, and then make a post with mistakes, and the company site is under construction and has numerous errors. Sketchy.

Re: Sr C++ Java Developer
Not to mention that you need "Database access and administration, database oprtimization"
I'm not sure what oprtimization is, but if its anything like optimization, I don't want to do it. I'm not a DBA I'm a Software Engineer. Database administration as a developer? No thanks.
Good communication skills
Good Writing & Scripting Skills
Why am I required to have these skills, but you aren't?

Because he's actually a 419 scammer living in India. His goal is to get you to write code "from the comfort of your own home" while promising that 'the check is in the mail'. Once the project is complete he will disappear leaving you with no pay
But that's just my guess, who knows. On a side note, how many names have we seen here with "ravi" in it? Is that like the second most popular name next to Mohammad?

Re: Sr C++ Java Developer
I also fail to see why is superb knowledge of C++ needed for a Java job, unless candidate is working on next JVM for Sun..

We have an enviable roaster of large number of Multinationals, Indian Corporate houses and medium size companies as our patrons.
I am not sure what that means, but I'm really considering going with somebody else.

Why are you considering someone else? Are you not envious of their roaster? It's possibly even larger than those roasters/ovens they use at rib fest!

Doesn't really give an impression of quality and attention to detail, does it?

Care to hire people outside of US? =)
Wanna install linux on a vacuum cleaner. Could anyone tell me which distro sucks better?
I had a nightmare last night. I was dreaming that I’m 64-bit and my blanket is 32-bit and I couldn’t cover myself with it, so I’ve spent the whole night freezing. And in the morning I find that my blanket just had fallen off the bed. =S (from: bash.org.ru)
