(Qt?) help wanted

I'm looking for a programmer who is able to create a phone book style program.

I have tried myself using Qt but i have neither the knowledge or patience to understand where i am making mistakes.

Payment will be advert related if required, but please note the target market is small so any payments would be minimal. This project is certainly only for those who wish to do something different.

Using Qt as the reference i can see that this would take no time at all for someone who knows what they are doing. Litterally a couple of hours.
